• Public data only. We collect and analyze content that is publicly available on cannabis forums including ICMag, THCFarmer, Rollitup, 420 Magazine, and cannabis-related subreddits. We do not intentionally target private messages or protected sections that are not publicly accessible.
• Forum usernames. Usernames may appear in mention data displayed to our customers because those identifiers are already publicly visible on the source forums.
• Sentiment analysis. Our AI models analyze public forum posts to determine sentiment toward cannabis brands. This analysis is automated and does not involve manual review of individual users.
• No profiling of forum users. We do not build profiles of individual forum users, track their activity across forums, or attempt to identify their real-world identity.
