Competitor Intelligence, Rebuilt from the Ground Up
The new Competitors page answers the market questions teams ask first, then lets them drill into the evidence and forum-level detail they need next.
Your 10-second brief
The new page opens with an Executive Summary strip: four numbers that answer the questions you actually care about before you touch anything else.
Your Share
38%
of all mentions
Market Rank
#1
of 5 tracked brands
Closest Rival
Spider Farmer
28% share, closing
Highest Risk
THC Farmer
competitor leading by 12%
What each number tells you
Everything else on the page is deeper context behind these four numbers.
Your Share
What percentage of the conversation belongs to your brand across all tracked forums.
Market Rank
Where you sit relative to your tracked competitors by total share of voice.
Closest Rival
Who is breathing down your neck right now, and whether they're gaining or losing ground.
Highest Risk
The one forum where a competitor is outpacing you the most. Your most exposed front right now.
You and your nearest threat, side by side
Below the summary, the Competitive Position section separates your brand from the pack and puts your closest rival right next to you, not buried in a table row.
Your brand
Closest rival
If their community is frustrated with them, that's an opening. The rival card surfaces it without you having to go looking.
One table instead of three
The old page had three separate sections doing overlapping jobs: a Forum Activity table, a Conversation Share chart per brand, and a Recent Discussions feed. The new Platform Battleground table merges all of that into a single view.
What each column tells you
The Risk column is the one to pay attention to.
Owned Share %
How dominant your brand is on that platform.
Leading Competitor
Who's ahead of you there, or "No clear rival" if you own the conversation.
Gap
Percentage points separating you. Positive means you're ahead.
Movement
Whether volume is trending up or stable.
Risk
One of four statuses: lead (you own it), contested (race is close), risk (competitor outpacing you), or watch (low volume, worth monitoring).
Evidence
Post count backing up the numbers.
Click a row, read the actual conversations
Every platform row has a Mentions button. Click it and the Contextual Evidence panel loads inline with real posts from real growers, including the brand mentioned, sentiment tag, date, and a direct link to the thread.
Click Mentions on any platform row
The Contextual Evidence panel loads inline, scoped to that forum only
Read the post, see the sentiment tag, and click through to the original thread
You're not reading a sentiment percentage anymore. You're reading the post that drove it. If a grower on THC Farmer is comparing your inline controller against a competitor's, you can see exactly what they said and respond directly.
Competitor management is now its own section
In the old page, adding and removing competitors happened through a button tucked into the overview card. In the new page, there's a dedicated Tracked Entities section at the bottom, separated from the analysis so it doesn't clutter your intelligence view.
Owned aliases
See which keywords roll up to your brand with mention counts per alias
Tracked competitors
View all competitors and their current mention counts
Add / remove
Manage aliases and competitors without leaving the page
Time range now lives at the top
The 7D / 14D / 30D / 90D preset selector is now in the top bar on every dashboard page, including Competitors. The whole page updates when you switch the window: your share, rival data, platform breakdown, and evidence. No more hunting for date filters buried inside individual sections.
What's no longer there
A few things from the old page didn't make the cut.
Competitor overview cards
Replaced by the Competitive Position section with more signal and less scrolling.

Conversation Share by Platform donut chart
Replaced by the Platform Battleground table with more context in a scannable format.
Recent Discussions feed with filter tabs
