VueLeaf now supports team workspaces. Your brand account becomes a shared workspace where you can invite teammates to collaborate on keyword tracking, reporting, and competitive intelligence, all under one subscription.

Invite teammates by email from the Team page in dashboard settings and assign the access level that matches their responsibilities.

Open Settings > Team from your dashboard
Enter a teammate's email and select a role
They receive an email link. New users create an account during acceptance. Existing VueLeaf users click to join.
Role permissions
Each role is designed around a distinct responsibility level. Assign what makes sense for each teammate.
Owner
Full control including billing, team management, and ownership transfer.
Admin
Manage team members and shared tracking, without billing access.
Analyst
Add and manage keywords, reports, and competitive tracking.
Responder
Triage mentions and manage reply workflows. Cannot modify keywords or reports.
Viewer
View-only access to workspace data. Cannot modify any settings or tracking.
One subscription per workspace
Billing now lives at the workspace level, not the individual user level. The workspace owner manages the subscription and every teammate benefits from the same plan tier. One workspace, one subscription, no per-seat charges.

If you belong to multiple workspaces, for example if you consult for several brands, you can switch between them from the dashboard without logging out.
What stays personal
Your forum credentials, inbox, mention queue, and outbound posting remain yours alone. Inviting a teammate into your workspace does not give them access to your connected forum accounts or draft replies.
